The Fresh Direction: A New Era of Creativity and Innovation

About this prayer

Loving Father, The morning has passed, and I come to You at this midday hour seeking Your guidance for what remains of this day. Lord, I confess that sometimes I rush ahead without seeking Your will. I make plans without consulting You, forgetting that in all my ways I should acknowledge You, and You will make my paths straight (Proverbs 3:6). Right now, I surrender my agenda and ask: What do You want from me today? Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening (1 Samuel 3:9). Open my ears to hear Your gentle whisper above the noise and distractions of this busy world. Give me a heart that recognizes Your voice and the courage to obey it. This afternoon, help me slow down. In the rush and hurry, I often miss the divine appointments You’ve arranged. Help me notice the person who needs encouragement, the opportunity to show kindness, or the moment to share Your love. Let me be fully present where You’ve placed me. Father, I ask for Your supernatural energy. When I grow tired or distracted, remind me that those who wait upon You will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Refresh my spirit. Sharpen my focus. Help me finish this day strong.
