Living God, my ever-present help, I pause here in the thick of the day—not at the fresh start of morning, not at the peaceful close of evening, but right here in the messy middle where life happens. Thank You for meeting me in the chaos, not just in the calm. I’m halfway through, Lord, and I’ll be honest—some days that feels like an accomplishment, other days it feels like I’m barely hanging on. Today might be both. But You don’t measure success by my feelings. You measure faithfulness by my willingness to keep showing up, and here I am. Forgive me for the shortcuts I’ve taken when integrity required the longer road. For the corners I’ve cut when excellence was what You deserved. For choosing comfort over calling when the right thing felt too hard. Recalibrate my compass to point toward Your true north. Right now, inject fresh vision into my weary eyes. I’ve been staring at problems so long I’ve forgotten to look for possibilities. I’ve been focused on what’s falling apart instead of what You’re putting together. Lift my gaze. Expand my perspective. Help me see what You see. There’s someone within my reach today who needs what I can offer. Not because I’m extraordinary, but…
