A Prayer for Marriage Restoration and Healing For couples fighting for their relationship, standing against divorce, and believing for God’s miraculous intervention Almighty God, Author of Love and Designer of Marriage, We come before Your throne with hearts that may be broken, marriages that may be hanging by a thread, and spirits that desperately need Your healing touch. You created marriage as a sacred covenant, and we believe that what You have joined together, no weapon formed against it shall prosper. For marriages on the brink of divorce: Lord Jesus, we feel like giving up. We know You honor marriage, but we are both hurting and frustrated. We cry out for supernatural intervention in our marriage. Break every curse, assignment, and legal right of the enemy against our relationship. Remove the word “divorce” from our vocabulary and replace it with “restoration.” Where hope seems lost, breathe new life into our covenant. Make us willing to fight for this marriage, even when everything in us wants to quit.
