Lord, I meet You here in the middle of my day. The morning rush is over, but the day is not yet done. I pause right now, not because I have extra time, but because I need You. My body is tired, my mind is scattered, and my patience is wearing thin. I come to You with the pain of weariness. My energy is fading. I am tempted to just "get through" the rest of this day. But Your Word reminds me, "I can do all this through him who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13). Lord, I have no strength of my own right now. Be my strength. Renew my spirit, refresh my mind, and let me not run on my own empty tank, but on Your limitless fullness. I come to You with the weight of this morning. I lay down any regrets from the last few hours—the impatient word, the missed opportunity, the mistake I made. Your Word in Philippians 3:13 encourages me to be "forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead." Lord, help me to do that right now. This is a new moment.
